During the Trump administration, Cassidy Jacqueline Hutchinson, an American, served as Mark Meadows' aide and a former White House intern. She was born in 1996. On June 28, 2022, Hutchinson stated the US House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack's televised hearings.
She deposed on President Donald Trump's actions, as well as those of his top advisers and political allies, both prior to and after the attack on the Capitol building on January 6, 2021. She said she witnessed a diatribe by then-President Donald Trump during which he claimed he didn't care if protestors had guns since they weren't there to harm him.
