Philipp Michael Hildebrand (born 19 July )[1] is a Swiss banker who has been a vice chairman of BlackRock since [2][3]
Before joining BlackRock in , Hildebrand served as Chairman of the Governing Board of the Swiss National Bank (SNB). He was the Governor of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Director of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) and member of the Financial Stability Board (FSB), when he was appointed as Vice Chairman in November by leaders of the G[4]
Early life and education
[edit]Hildebrand attended the University of Toronto, Oxford University's Lincoln College,[3] and the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva. He was part of a group of students that helped out during the Annual Meetings of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. There, he met leading international government officials and bankers.[3]

Currently based in the USA, Essaydi returns to her Moroccan girlhood through her work, looking back on it as an adult woman caught somewhere between past and present, and as an artist, exploring the language in which to "speak" from this uncertain space. She employs photography intersected with an array of artistic media and practices extending from installation to calligraphy and henna painting in her attempt to challenge Orientalist readings of Arab female identity. In
